ALIAS alum David Anders ("Sark") to appear in "The Vampire Diaries" -- Sydney Bristow's nemisis makes his debut in the April 15 episode of The CW's "The Vampire Diaries" when it comes time for Elena and Jeremy to sell their father's doctor office.
